The manufactured sand plant was successfully commissioned in May 2024 and has successfully integrated into the concrete market. The sand plant is currently capable of producing 300,000 tonnes per annum in accordance with our clients specifications.  Brookby can commission an additional Stage 2 within 9 months that would increase the sales volume to 500,000 tonnes annually.

Brookby’s Manufactured Sand is generated through crushing of our premium Greywacke and then passed through a wet process to remove any impurities.
